Wand past his prime?
 

I was just reading some posts in the UG where a bunch of people were saying that if Chuck beats Wand it doesn't matter because "Wand is past his prime." Are you friggin kidding me? Not only is Wand like 8 years younger than Chuck, he is no where near past his prime -- in fact I say he looks better in every single fight. This is taking Pride nutthugging to a whole new level. This will be a great fight between the 2 best 205 pounders in the world. Period. Stop the insanity.

Different fighters peak at different times, and Wand has been around a lot longer than Chuck. But he just destroyed a HW with a good chin and I don't see any signs of fading in Wand

I was seeing alot of shit talking about Wandy on the ultimate fighter forums...Saying he's only beat cans in Pride and how he was jus destroyed by Tito and Vitor.

Can't take it anymore.

This will be a great fight between two guys who are at the top of their games imo

Chuck is in for big trouble, he does not have the overall game of Wanderlei. Chuck will be knocked out!

I dunno about knocked out, I haven't seen many of Wandy's fights but Chuck is quite the striker. If anything Wandy will show superior ground skills, but then again the Iceman's takedown defense is near legendary.

If you havent seen many Wand fights , for the most part he goes into the fight and destroys. He really doesnt take things to the ground.

Tito didn't destroy him, but I have to give Vitor props as that is probably my favorite knock out of all time.

I would love to meet the people who said Wand was past his prime because they obviously have super powerful drugs that we haven't been able to get our hands on yet.
