I'm sitting on the fence on this one cos this is probably one of the most evenly contested championship fights in recent mma history.

I don't know why people bring up how Silva's not been KO'd in years for cos in most of his fights I've seen he's been staggered badly by punches & if anyone has seen Liddle fight (& I assume most of us have!) he is the best finisher in the sport.

Either way I really REALLY hope Babalu get's an injury & cancles his fight at 62, cos I've a feeling he's got Chucks number this time around.

yeah Wand hasn't been KOed for years..blah,blah,blah.In over over a hundered fights Horn had never been knocked down and Chuck came real close to ending the fight on several occasions.No one ever KOed Randy and chuck came along and KOed him twice.No one except Chuck has KOed babalu.Wand can and will be KOed by Chuck.

Alvin, I agree that Babalu has a hell of a chance, but I don't want him to get injured I want to see this fight. In my opinion, what the hell was Dana thinking announcing Chucks next fight before the Babalu fight happens. That is just obscene, talk about putting the cart before the horse. I'm torn, while I would love to see it bite Dana in the ass and see Babalu win, I really want to see Liddell and Wandy go at it.

Riggs, thanks for bringing up the Mayweather-Gatti fight, I knew Gatti would lose, but as a huge Gatti fan it was just painful to watch.:banghead: I don't think anyone thought it would be that one sided, just embarrassing.

I said it before in another post. Chuck wins if he keeps Wanderlei outside with his long overhands and kicks. In the clinch, Chuck loses.....I don't even think Silva will attempt a takedown.

It may even go to a decision.

I really want to see Liddle fight Silva (I live on a pissy Island in the English channel & I WILL fly to Vegas to watch this card if it happens whatever the costs!), but I can see Babalu spoiling it. So I only want him injured so Chuck fights a journeyman like Eastman (alright, maybe nor Eastman!) as a warm up for the Silva fight. THEN Babalu gets his title shot. There's a method to my madness!!

i think that chuck/wand will be probably one of the greatest fights ever i dont see wand taking chuck down because he'd want to trade with him i can see the fight going to the ground if chuck knocks wand down and goes after him or vice versa and i also think dana was kinda smart for announcing the fight now because all he did was pump chuck up because chuck has expressed wanting to fight silva before and now he knows it can happen so hes gonna come out at 62 looking to knock babalu's head clean off and quick so he is assured a fight with silva

Your right about the Chuck/Randy thing but how old is Randy, these days he's lookin mighty old and Horn? who gives shit, fuck Horn. You act like Wand can't knock Chuck. The fight could go ether way even though I'm for Wand. If Wand fought Randy ass now he'ed beat his ass just like Chuck did. You can't compair Wand to old ass Randy come on now.
