| Huge Liddell fan but come on
Im new to this sight but everyone seems fairly educated in mma for the most part. That being said how could anyone think that Liddell is gonna destroy Silva? I have been a ufc fan since the first and like everyone else when i saw jui jitsu for the first time i was blown away. But Pride is on a different level! Every division is deeper. The level of submission fighting is stronger. And with the initial ten minute first round the conditioning is higher. Liddell definetly has a punchers chance of winning but overall Silva is leaps and bounds better than Liddell, HANDS DOWN! Keep in mind i am a Liddell fan but this is like people saying Gatti was gonna knock out Mayweather Jr. (we all know what happened to Gatti)

Who are you trying to convince? Besides the random idiot, most people agree that Wandy is the favorite but that Chuck has a good chance.

I don't agree with you that every Pride division is deeper, but the heavyweight division over there definitely is. I haven't seen a lot of "Liddell by murder" posts. I'm as unbiased as they come as these are two of my favorite fighters. I'd say Wand is the favorite by like a 60/40 margin. So I guess he'd be about -130 or so when the odds come out. That's my guess I think it's pretty evenly matched but Wand is the favorite.

Yeah, I agree, other than the Heavyweights, I think both UFC and Pride are very comparable.
As for Chuck/Silva.....If it stays on their feet, I say Chuck KO's him, if it goes to the mat, Chuck's in trouble.
