You are wondering about what...that Tito punked Ken into thinking he was not OK so that Ken would think he already had the fight won and didn't need to worry much or train very hard?

Dude please...get freakin'serious.

Tito just had plenty of time to heal and train enough to fight...so there is no big mystery there.

That's why the fighters have medical suspensions...to give fighters sufficient time to heal and still have enough time to properly prepare and train for a fight...and the fights are spaced far enough apart for this by the Nevada Athletic Commission.

And I don't blame Tito for maybe trying to get out of that fight...it was obviously going to be a total squash anyway...plus beating up old washed-up punch-drunk Slamcock was going to do absolutely nothing for his career but cause more drama and bad PR.

Yes, or if no 3rd fight comes his way then at least he can retire with a 'controversial' loss...

it's almost as if it was in his interests not to defend the gnp

git.

What exactly did Tito say about his Knee after the Griffin fight?? I don't think he said it (ACL/ICL) was torn, I could be wrong......but even so, there are different degree's of tears

Take a look at this still capture of Ken's face right after he took the first elbow just before Tito let loose with a barrage of a bunch more:

You can clearly see in the close-up in the top corner that Ken was finished and Tito was about to get real serious...and a defenseless Ken was about to get hurt real bad.

Pictures don't lie...Herb obviously made a great call by stopping it quick.

As much as I agree with the stoppage, I think that pictures actually can lie. For example, that could just be a grimmace/blink from the impact. You can't conclude from a still that he is finished imo.

Of course, you -can- conclude from the video that he is finished. (lol)

git.

Nah I'm sure I make a face like that every time I sneeze.

Bottom line Ken was in real danger. Herb made a fricking brave decision but the right decision in hindsight.

As I'm sure has been mentioned the problem with this fight was it was hyped to the hills & stopped early after the first real combination. But like I said better too early than too late, ALWAYS!

I'm just getting a bit sick of Ken's crybaby attitude.
