i haven't seen that fight since it happened, but i thought Tito was winning until he gassed out.

either way that would be a damn good fight if it could ever happen

I thought Frank left the UFC in SEG's days.

Frank doesn't like the UFC's work ethics (in for the money, not the fighters).

The end of the day mma doesn't always mean UFC. He's doing fine at Strikeforce at the moment after coming back from a long break.

I can't see him ever fighting for the UFC anymore, but never say never (BJ Penn, Tito Ortiz?!!)

Alvin is correct, he fought for the UFC in the SEG days. Frank called Dana White an Uncle Fester look alike. He said the only way he would go back to the UFC was for $50 mil and half the company. He said this in an interview I read a little before his comeback fight with Cesar Gracie.

But as Alvin said, with Tito and BJ coming back after leaving on such bad terms, anything can happen. As long as Strikeforce is around I don't see Frank going to the UFC. He gets to call the shots in Strikeforce pretty much.
