| What fighter got you into MMA?
I remember hearing about the Gracie in class and hearing Ken Shamrock's name in the WWF alot but I will never forget seeing Fedor and Crocop fight the first time. I didn't know much about Pride but those 2 were amazing. I thought CroCop was the devil in gloves.

Royce for sure Being on the skinny side myself I loved seeing him go in and submit much bigger guys. I would also say it was more the UFC in general that got me intersted but if I had to pick a fighter it would be Royce

Matt Hughes picking up Trigg and carrying him across the octagon and slamming him after nearly losing the fight.
So Matt Hughes.
He will always be one of my favorite fighters. Him and Franklin.

Definitely Royce. If for no other reason than he looked like he should have lost all the time. He showed true heart, skill and desire. Plus he was straight fucking people up with his jits which noone had heard of till him. He put mma on the map and I will never forget the first time I saw him beat Kimo.

i watched wwe when i was a kid..my older cousin watched the original ufc's and when shamrock came to the wwe i remembered him..yet i thought he was a tool when he was in wwe. then i heard about the tito/shamrock incident in the octagon when tito flipped off the lions den..i was like damn i gotta watch this tito guy..then on my 16th birthday, 11/22/2002 i got to watch the huntington beach bad boy beat the hell out of the tool, ken shamrock. I hated ken then, but i respect his abilities and his accomplishments as a fighter now..i guess u could say shamrock and tito got me watching the sport.

same fight for me, after trigg hit him with the low blow that the ref didnt see and hughes goes down, only to get back up and pick trigg up and then slam him. hughes was a beast and hopefully can get back into his winning ways.
hughes will always be one of my all time favs, no matter what matt serra says lol.
