Business is business, I don't blame Dana for trying to avoid the fighter pay situation as long as he can. And that's where most of the guys who he "ran off" had the problems. Almost all of them actually. You have to remember Zuffa lost money for years promoting UFC, and really only stuck with it because they love the sport and want it to succeed. Is it bullshit the amount fighters get paid? Absolutely, but as a BUSINESSMAN you have to do what's best for business, and as long as he's able to not only get away with it, but watch his company take off like a rocket in the process....why as a businessman would he jump to change that? Until something major happens, which the ground work to that could be being laid as we speak with Strikeforce, WFA, IFL, PRIDE, K-1, HERO's, etc. throwing money all over the place, and more so than usual to American fighters and for American promoted cards now, until something happens when it's hey fork over the dough or not have enough talent to continue to be head and shoulders above the rest the dominate MMA company in North America...until they're in a position where they have to step up and address those issues, they're simply not going to.
