i don't think angle is too old, but he's definitely too injured.
i guess none of these wrestlers want to take on someone from the wec, tough.

Brock Lesnar was an NCAA champion and apparently when he was in WWE himself n Kurt Angle had a little amatuer wrestling match in the ring prior to a show just for the boys in the back and Kurt came out on top. I think a non broken down Kurt Angle with about a year of MMA training i.e Stand up etc wud have stood a really good chance. He is a machine and wud remind me of Matt Hughes in that whatever he chooses to do he has to be the best but I reckon that ship has sailed and we'll never get to see it more's the pity.

I think Rick flair would do well he has really strong back hand slaps to the chest. |

Multiple neck injuries would preclude Kurt Angle from ever stepping in an MMA ring, despite his age.
One WWE guy who could make the jump if he so desired would be Shelton Benjamin, I would think. The guy is in great shape, is a spectacular athlete, and an accomplished wrestler to boot.

Just got this quote from the WWE's latest "Ross Report" sent to me by a friend: Quote: |
"Can you tell the Mixed Martial Arts influence Shane McMahon utilizes in the ring on occasion? That’s not by accident."
| Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha...LMAO!!!
Come on over to pride or the ufc and bring it...Shane-O-Mac....lol

Seriously though, you think professional wrestlers would be able to get licensed to begin with (the majority anyway)? Or that they'd risk their careers and salaries for a fight in the UFC? Find me a wrestler that might fight in the UFC and I'll probably be able to show you a juice monkey.

Very few of the pro wrestlers would even pass the 'roid tests, so they couldn't fight UFC.
