 Lebens next fight
I know this topic was probably discussed after he lost and maybe beaten to death,but I'm new to this board and was just wondering who everybody thinks he should fight next.Even if you hate Leben if you could
refrain from saying so,or say so and also say who you seriously think he should fight.I say he should fight Riggs,Baroni,who I heard was signing with UFC in November,or Kendall Holt.I'd actually like to see Kendall vs.Leben and Riggs vs. Baroni.Also Swick vs. Silva. I still feel he is up there in the top of the division,but just has a couple holes in his game.I know he really does have a chin though I've seen him take shots from Doerksen,Swick,Cote and a few underground fights where he walked through barrages of strikes and smiled.I actually think he could have gotten a takedown on Silva had he did that instead of saying "Hey I'm just gonna go from the bell and bang and stick my face out so he can hit me in the face and I can hit him back with a heavy left after he hits me 4 times."He should have just tried to take him down neutralize go for subs.And maybe strike in the third round see if you can steal it,make it obvious in the judges eyes.That way Silva would have been a little winded if not submitted and the strikes wouldn't have been as quick or devastating.More of a chance for Leben to land that heavy left late in the fight,I say he had a terrible gameplan.....comments?
