I think Griffin should handle him. I haven't been impressed with Bonnar since that fight. But maybe Forrest brings out the best in him.

Bonnar better knock off that striking shit and use the stronger aspect of his game. But of course they'll both come out, throw punches for 3 rounds and wait for a decision. Should be interesting to see if either fighter has really improved compared to their previous fight.

I haven't been too impressed with Bonnar either or Forrest for that matter. Forrest has heart, always has but he got manhandled by Tito until Tito gassed (oddly enough). His standup is still the same one two combo and Bonnar has a real good boxing backround plus he has good kicks and his JJ to fall back on. IMO Bonnar is the better fighter all the way around except for the heart category (he doesn't lack, i just give the edge to Forrest). Now that i really think about it, this fight really doesn't interest me at all anymore.

source?
Anyways, Stephan better get Forrest to the ground and submit his ass, or Stephan is gunna lose. Forrest isn't the wrestler Rashad is, so Stephan should do better on the ground. I hope Stephan wins so we can have a third fight. if Stephan loses, i think he'll be out of the UFC...

"source?"
Came out in the Boston Herald.
And this is just like Shamrock-Ortiz, everyone claims they're no longer interested until they see them walking to the octagon and await the horn to sound the first round. This fight is very interesting, a lot of the reasons why have already been covered. Mainly to see where they stack up compared to their last fight, and in the case of Forrest a win would do him some good things at 205. He's legitimized himself losing a controversial decision to Tito Ortiz, giving him a very tough fight - something only top guys usually do (not to be confused with just a boring - going the distance fight). A win over Bonnar still helps Forrest, and with 205 being thin right now, could propel him right back to the mix with Ortiz, Liddell, Vanderlei, Babalu, etc. I'd actually like to see Forrest/Babalu if he beats Bonnar again - or actually probably the Ortiz rematch first.

As far as prediction goes I'm actually leaning towards Bonnar this time, but hoping Griffin wins. I'm a bigger Griffin fan, plus there's more and better options for him if he wins. If Bonnar wins, he's still got some work to do coming off a loss, a controversial win, and a not-so-impressive win, all against TUF guys.

Whoops, forgot about the Irvin fight. Ok, so one loss, one controversial win, one pretty impressive win, and then the not-so-impressive win....3 of the 4 being TUF guys.
