please explain how if you know that Hendo v Chuck would be a great fight, you hate Chuck and the UFC? you know, the first time Chuck fought Randy, he got the shit kicked out of him. you know that right? Hendo has heavier hands then Randy, and just as clean a striking game, as well as that same Team Quest wrestling background.
if this fight ever happened, unless Chuck picks his game up and is the agressor like he was against Randy in 2 and 3, he would get caught in an exchange of short strikes, and taken down for the TKO.

personally, i hold Rich as the more well rounded fighter. he has great submissions and sub defense, along with great wrestling and striking. he's extremely well versed in all aspects of the MMA game
Hendo just has more power and better wrestling. that doesn't make him more well rounded, just better at certain aspects of the game.
