Maybe he's lazy? Maybe he's broke (still, I'm guessing that if swedish MA orgs, who by the way are poor as hell, can afford judges then he sure can) but I've never liked the concept that any fight going the distance will be a draw...
For what it's worth you can show him the points system and plant some seeds... maybe they'll take root, I don't know

worth a shot......he just seems like one of those guys that just wants to provide good experience and doesnt like to see the hurt of people when they lose...lol...i dunno.....hes makes it all like a big family friendly thing......Hes a good guy and does a lot for the people that fight/attend....but man...the people there want to COMPETE....not just participate in showcased sparring...

Exactly! It's a nice thought and all but if he wants some kind of family friendly exhibitions he should probably go for wrasslin' :\
I mean I always try to have a great time with my opponent (as long as he isn't an asshole) but I'm fighting to win. Also, why would you let someone lose by sub and not by decision? If anything a decision seems like a "better way" to lose 
In any case I don't see why he's so worried about people losing, cause I've always seen losing as an incentive to train harder; you tap me out and then watch me train my ass off!
