I had some knee problems for a while, and wore knee pads for a long time. I started doing some stretching, and it improved how my knees feel quite a bit.
Eddie Bravo's book has some good stretches in them. I more or less stole them, and put them to use for a few months. It helped me quite a bit.

Same here. I had no idea what was going on. I just thought I had some out of control pimples. Waited more than a week to see the doctor, which was a bad idea.
It's no fun.

Yoga, perhaps? | I mainly used the stretches from Mastering The Rubber Guard by Eddie Bravo (though I hadn't read the book at the time and only found out later that the exact same stretches were in the book). I do the cross leg stretch all the time at practice (and at home) and try to heel-hook myself while chilling out to stretch the knee even more. Check out the book, you'll know what I'm talking about
