BJJ (no-gi) Guillotine variations with flow
 
I really like this guys instructionals and I actually use this one a lot in class. Hope you guys can benifit from it.

We actually did something like the first move in class, but it was from a butterfly pass, then from the side mount, put your hand (the one near the head) behind his neck and over to the shoulder. Then you can switch your body position exposing your chest towards his legs. Once this is done, the guy will most likely try to sweep you over and he will fall right in the first guillotine shown in the video.

Hows your training going man? I got a no gi class today and I'm tired as fuck! I hit the gym pretty much everyday for bulking up so doesn't help doing all this training :)
