Ever meet a famous grappler
 

So have any of you ever met any really good grapplers?
I met Marcelo Garcia at Grapples Quest beast of the east 3 (Well sort of) I went with one of my friends from BJJ and he asked me to get him something to eat, so I go open the gym door and Marcelo is standing 5 feet away from me. I literary stood there with my mouth open he smiled and walked into the gym, where he preceed to destroy everyone.

Relson Gracie does seminars at his school where i'm at every so often. That old man is one bad mamma jamma

not to famous but at the grappling tourney i went to a month ago jeff curran was there. he seemed like a nice guy.

i took a class with royce gracie it could have been better and i train with carlos newton

Matt Lindland came to work out in my gym

I've trained with former ufc fighters tom murphy and rob mcdonald. As far as grapplers go I've trained with Rodrigo Meindros, and my instuctor is julio fernandez, who is a 5 time brazillian champion. I also met Gabrial Gonzaga at the last naga I was in.

I used to post on a forum with NCAA champion Tommy Rowlands.

I met just about all of the grappler's at the last ADCC, It was a great time.

Not to mention the gracie's who were not in the tourny that were there as well as Josh Barnett. Josh was the coach for a couple of females in their respected division.

only Choi Mu Bae. i trained at Team Tackle for a while. Akiyama stopped by whenever he fought in Seoul back in October of last year. (but ofcourse the day that i don't go he goes...)
