This is the first time Ive posted on this particular forum, but I was wondering if anyone else knows about this site Submissions 101 : Got Jiu Jitsu?. I found it a coupla months ago and thought it was really cool. All the videos on it are free. Just wondering if anybody else has been there and what they thought of it.

It's actually one of the most popular bjj websites out there. You can even search for submissions 101 on youtube.

I could assume many people know about it, however, it's still good to post.
