I appreciate the time guys. I am much more of a No Gi guy, and am just looking to be much more active in those types of classes. For that reason, I have very limited knowledge of gis beyond Tae Kwon Do gis when I used to practice it.
Well, if it helps...
I am 5'9+, pants being 32/34 width x 32/34 length. I wear large shirts
All 4 brands you listed together are owned by people at my school. So seeing them and hearing good input is what I am looking for.
MWW - More or less, I am looking for something that isn't going to be so heavy and tight that no air gets through. I already friggin sweat like crazy. I mean, sometimes I bring a second shirt to my No Gi class lol. The gi I have now is not what I would call "heavy", know what I mean? I don't feel like I have 5lbs weight on the back of my neck. It is comfortable.
All and all, I want a great gi, but not a perfect one.. I don't need a perfect one.

If heat is a concern, I would recommend against HCK. They are built very very tough, and consequently are thick. Not what I would call heat-efficient.
You don't sound as though your body type is especially far on either end of the scale. You shouldn't have much trouble finding a gi to fit you. Heat shrinking it can always help if you are able to fine-tune it without ruining the gi.

They are pretty much indestructable but they are also kind of on the heavier side. It sounds like you are a candidate for a nice single weave gi. Keep in mind though that for the most part the lighter the gi the quicker it will wear out but that's offset by the generally lower cost of the single weaves. For light, comfortable gis I like Fuji and Gameness. You can get both from budovideos for around $70.00.

Fuji and Gameness are good recommendations for lightweave gi's. Vulkan is also famous for their summer weave gi. I've not used it, but it is supposedly very lightweight and comfortable.
Sirius makes a few ultralight gold weave gi's that are intended to balance lightness of weight and some degree of comfort/durability. I've not yet used one, but it's next on my wish list.

If you have something specific in mind, send me a link of some good stuff.
