What can you tell me about Carter Williams?
 

It was a few years ago, but I remember seeing K-1 fighting for the first time and this kid was one of the fighters mixing it up. I only got to watch a few K-1 fights that weekend, hell a few mma fights including some old UFC stuff, then fell out of mma viewing for years until recently.

So, my question is what's the low down on this guy and what became of him?

He's still around, from what I can tell. Here's a record of his fights. Here's a 2005 article from sh*tdog.

It looks like he just started losing fights. That's why you don't hear much about him. Hope this helps.

He isnt the best to be honest, i was never that impressed by him altough some people try to make out that hes a great fighter, but his striking could be good enough for mma.

Super powerful, all the tools, tree-trunk legs.

Put on too much mass, after the Dewey Cooper fight, he went down hill.
