rep'd guyz, i really recommend the malaipet one. he's a beast. i'm d/ling the Noble Art of Muay Thai. is it any good? |
Well, it covers a lot of the basics of the art. I will put it that way. It isn't a bad thing, just a lot of basic stuff. And yeah, the Malaipet one is definitely worth taking a look at. |
Does anybody know where I can dl some Kickboxing instructionals? Actually, Im looking for basically EVERY kind of instructional. I'd like to learn some striking first, so kickboxing is the first one that I want. But if anybody knows where I can get some good BJJ, Wrestling, Muay Thai, and even boxing instructionals then that'd be great too. I saw Noobs post for Razor Robs Kickboxing instructionals but the vid doesn't work for me. Thanks. Edit: I just scrolled and saw Ramma's post. But still looking anyways. Rep'd Ramma |

Sir Ramma, do you have the parts 3 and 4 of the mechanics of thailand's muay thai? can you post it please. Thank you in advance. |
Part 2 of Rob McCullough's Instructional is missing (it is actually the same link for the Part 3), would you have the correct address there? Thanks in advance. And many many thanks for this awesome topic, Ramma. |
Sorry guys, like I said, I didn't make any of this stuff. This is just stuff that I own or borrowed from a friend and enjoyed. So I found links and made 'em available to you guys. |
Thanks Ramma, just gonna take the Aerts power punching for now. |
