Feel free to respond to the thread and add some of your own. I have access to a lot of Muay Thai and some boxing.. but not too much of other stuff like straight up Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do, types of karate, etc.

Well, it covers a lot of the basics of the art. I will put it that way. It isn't a bad thing, just a lot of basic stuff.


And yeah, the Malaipet one is definitely worth taking a look at.

Default Does anybody know where I can dl some Kickboxing instructionals?
Actually, Im looking for basically EVERY kind of instructional. I'd like to learn some striking first, so kickboxing is the first one that I want. But if anybody knows where I can get some good BJJ, Wrestling, Muay Thai, and even boxing instructionals then that'd be great too.

I saw Noobs post for Razor Robs Kickboxing instructionals but the vid doesn't work for me.
