I watched Semmy's last fight, it was against some french Brice Guidon guy and Schilt won but did not looked impressive.
Kharitonov in his last fight KOd Mark Miller in a minute.

I think Schilt is the favorite but I will not be that surprised if Sergei wins.
BTW they 2 fought years ago in PRIDE under MMA rules and Sergei literally destroyed Semmy.

Logic says Sergei is a bit too slow on the feet to be able to get inside constantly. He can always land a big shot early, but it is unlikely. My guess would be a decision win for Semmy.
