ok that can be done but when u cut u will need more than just muay thai for cardio...u might wanna start havin coversations with the treadmill cause i will have to be friends soon enough..
Ideally I was to get stronger and more muscular in preperation for a cut of atleast 60 pounds of fat.
My bodyfat is at about 31% from one of those hand held readers so it's probably a bit higher. I'm pretty muscular all of my body I just have a big italian belly.
I hate running and all that bullshit going to supplement my routine with like Muay Thai as cardio.
times arte tough but i think we will all get thru it..im trying to stay occupied. A buddy of mine is training for an rionman so when the boys are out wakeboarding im doing that stuff to clear my head.
