When will the MMAnews rankings be updated?

I am going to take over for Diegonightmare in maintaining the Upcoming Cards thread and was wanting to update the Top 10 post also but his rankings were last updated 2/25 and the official MMAnews rankings haven't been updated since 2/19.

We have photo shop & picasa,either of them any good for resizing gifs? No probs if I cant do it,was just having a play around with it but Im a bit crap at that sort of thing.
