Isnt it the truth!!! california used to be the 6th BIGGEST ecomony in the world! we had more money then almost every other country! we could have been a succesful country without the rest of the usa! Now were flat fucking broke! that will al change when the recreational use of marijuana becomes legal on the next november ballot! It got voted to be on there for the first time in history! that mean it will be like alchohol. You have to be 21 to smoke but the state will make billions from taxing it
