I take back my previous statement about Vera beating Nog, i don't think he will. But i still think he beats all the rest i picked him in.


Up until that Mirko fight, im sure alot of people would have picked Vera. Gabe has looked bad in one or 2 of his fights and i have only seen 2 or 3.

You and Afro must think CroCop's a can now.

I've seen a couple of Gonzaga's fights and he has improved drastically. IMO and not just because he beat CroCop, he has great stand up for a MMA fighter. The dude has better head movement than CroCop and rivals Rampage. Not only that but he has great power and obviously really fast kicks.

Sure Gonzaga wasn't that good early on in his career but he wont be losing again, trust me! At least for a very long time.

Gabe will lose his next fight against Randy.

No i do not think Gabe is a can either, i think he is very good. Just Randy will beat him so will Vera.

Really fast kicks. He threw one kick in that fight with Mirko and i didnt think it was that fast, it was fast for someone his size but nothing specail. Vera has better kicks, better striking and will tko Gabe, he cant stop Vera.

I was joking but I think Gonzaga will beat Randy and Vera's asses. Randy was KOed by Chuck Liddell twice, beaten by Barnett and Rico. I know MMA math doesn't mean anything but the skill and size difference will be huge. Vera is also to small to beat him IMO, but I will look at Vera's fights again and see if I have a change of opinion.

Whats to underestimate? Gonzaga has sick BJJ, hes a huge, powerful HW but he has weaknesses.. I mean Werdum TKO'd him, the Jordan fight was unamusing, the CC fight was his 2nd KO victory aside from the Jordan fight.. and CC has been knocked out by grapplers before. I Still think Randy beats him, Gonzaga can be taken down and can be TKO'd.

Barnett, Gonzaga is not in his league yet.

that goes without sayin though, that was his 3rd fight in MMA, but it was also Werdums 4th fight but from the Jordan fight? he still seems like a power hitter imo, a guy that can knock you out with one punch or kick what else more? the ground seems to be his game, and honestly I think Couture can be the controller in the fight, his boxing has improved, and he can take Gonzaga down and defend his subs for 5 rounds IMO.
