|  AA vs. Josh Barnett
who wins this fight? both around same size, aa probably a edge standing even tought josh is great standing, josh had the grappling advantage. so who wins this fight?

dont think they are the same size. Barnett looks somewhat bigger. Stand up i give the edge to AA, and on the ground Barnett would have the edge. AA didn't go to the ground with Werdum cuz he knew he would be in trouble.
could go either way. would be a real war.

aa ko's barnett rizzo style...
aa is to fast and powerfull on the feet for barnett....i think aa would stay light on his feet move around score some shots and aviod the takedowns...he also has good sambo and could do well in the clinch if nessecary...

I dont see Barnett rocking AA on the feet. I gained more respect for AA's chin after i seen werdum blast him a shot load of times.

Barnett by Sub, I think the Big Nogs fight says a lot about this fight.. I think AA does have good takedown defense but I still cant shake Pe Da Pano taking him down, and Barnett is capable of more then Werdum or Pe Da Pano in terms of taking people down and is more active, dont think he can handle Barnett's subs.. and Barnett is a stronger fighter IMO, AA is faster, much better standup, hits a lot harder but on the ground Barnett has as big of an edge there as AA does on the feet.

i think AA could win but no way is he knocking out Barnett. AA wasn't even close to knocking out Werdum.

he rocked werdum hard twice though. AA could ko anybody in the hw div. except maybe hunt. lol. he hits so hard.

the pe de pano thing was also his first fight back from knee injuries and back to back losses...he's show better take down d than that...i dont think barnett would get it to the floor in time...i think he'd get koed...aa is so fast and elusive as a hw...barnett is slow and big...aa take this shit imo 2nd round ko
