Call me crazy call me bias but im going to say that Shogun is going to walk away with this one. He would have the positive elements that Wanderlei had in his fight with CC but he would throw in a Shogun twist and pull out the victory via leg lock.

I really think that you are underestimating CroCop. Rua is phenomenal, but in most cases in MMA size rules especially when you are talking about two fighters of similar skill. That is the same reason that I think that when Brandon Vera steps up to the upper echelon competition he will get beat, he is just too small to compete against top guys in the HW division. IT happened with Couture earlier in his career when he fought Ricco and Barnett. They were just too large for him to deal with.

Probably Cro Cop in similar fashion to Wandy 2 but with more offense from Shogun. Although I don't see their being a huge size advantage, Mirko only comes in somewhere in the low 220's and Shogun without cutting weight would surely be around there somewhere. Wand actually came in heavier in the rematch with CC.

shogun is amazing and is a very skilled fighter...but the size will make the differance in this one...cro cop will be 2 much for rua to handle...

I concur. Shogun would simply just be overwhelmed. Thats a big jump from taking on the best in the LHW division to taking on the best in the HW division.
