IMO werdum is better at everything. Especially BJJ and Cardio, Frank might be able to win the standup but he gasses so damn easily and Werdum has proven that he is hard to finish on the feet

Werdum is an all around better fighter. Also bigger. more powerful. I also like the guy. I spoke with him at the ADCC had about a 10 min convo with him. Hes is a great person. You wouldent believe how big he looks in person. I am 6'1 220 and in good shape. He made me look tiny.

but really werdum takes this imo by subb round 2...mir gasses very easliy and while when hes fresh i dont see werdum being able to subb him, as soon as mir gasses werdum will get a subb..
