Good fight, I'd put my money on Vera... literally. The odds would probably be in favor of Liddell so the smart money would be on Vera. I think Brandon has a better than average shot at taking the Iceman out.

I'd bet on liddell stilli n this point in time. I mean I dont have hate for Vera but you need to prove yourself and beat some worthy opponents before I start betting on you. For starters maybe Vera could actually "compete" in a fight sometime soon lol

I would have to give this one to Chuck, Vera hasnt stepped in the cage with too many ranked fighter so how would he beat Chuck....answer, he wont.

Brandon is the better striker, faster, better bjj, good wrestling, better kicks, way better muay thai, also has ko power.

Brandon is just better at pretty much everything then chuck is.

I would say give brandon a warm up fight at 205 then fight chuck. I think he knockes chuck out in th first round.

heh thats funny. Brandon Vera beats up on some unranked HWs including a flabby out of shape Mir and now he can knock chuck out in the first. I think the reason Vera was competing at HW as kind of a soft 220 instead of fighting at 205 is because at the time the HW division didnt have shit for depth but now that problems over.

Hell I'd love to see him fight chuck or any ranked LHW/HW. I think he needs to prove himself against the best competition before we say he knocks chuck out in the first i just dont see it.

How is that, You can tell Vera is a more Tech striker then Chuck. You can tell he has better kicks thn Chuck does. He is faster then chuck. Fuck if anyone thinks chuck has better Muay Thai then brandon they need to lay off that crack pipe.

Just because someone has not beat top ranked fighters does not mean they do not have skills. Brandon has skills as seen in his fights.


Oh by the way Mir wasnt flabby an out of shape. When he fought Mir he looked to be in good shape.

I am not saying Brandon is the greatest but i am sayng he can beat chuck. Only thing that is holding me back from saying he would bend chuck over is his Chin.

Brandon has more skills then Chuck, he is more well rounded and would use that to beat chuck.

I would not be suprize if that happen, maybe not but one thing for sure...Fedor would gonna have a losing record if he fought the UFC Fighters, mark my word.
