| Brock Lesnar / Tim Sylvia
I haven't seen it mentioned here, and I'd love to see Brock smack him down, help him send home..on the little yellow bus.

dont know who would win, brock is right when he says that tim cant take him down but tim's ground defence from what iv seen seems to be ok and might just ride through the fight until he can get the ko, or brock would just smash him after getting a td and dominate position.

I don't know much about Brock, because I think professional wrestling is exceptionally lame. I've seen his "MMA debut" where he fought a can, and honestly, if that's what he's got, Sylvia would DESTROY him.
Tim's not charismatic, but he's a much better fighter than people give him credit for.
I'm sure with Lesnars size and strength and his college credentials, he could learn to be a force, but right now, he's more celebrity and less real deal. I think it would be unfortunate for the UFC to even sign him at this point, but big names sell PPVs, so it wouldn't surprise me if the comparison of MMA to WWE gets even closer to the uneducated viewer.
My biggest concern would be the morons running around thinking that all their favorite wrestlers would be able to make the move to legitimate sports and should get big contracts and big fights.
Yuk.

lets not forget that Timmay was the UFC champion,,,i cant stand the guy but you have to give him some respect for what he has done. Further, Brock is huge but in MMA as we all know that dosent always mean anything. I think he needs a lot more fights till he can beat Sylvia. Sylvia is hands down a better fighter in all aspect.

Like him or not Timmy was a former two-time UFC world champ. And Brock is only 1-0 in his MMA career. I'll take Timmy over this

this would be a great matchup, even though sylvia has way more experience i think lesnars size and strength would put tim in trouble potentially... for 6'8 sylvia looks pretty soft and not all that powerful. if sylvia loses to vera this matchup could be in the mix for 2008, but on the flipside lesnar will have to get more experience then 1-0 before he ever sees a fight with a 2 time champ. i would love to see brock throw his ass around like a ragdoll..
