Ken at his prime was a beast and could possibly submit Fedor, though I don't see him surviving on the feet or on the bottom. Fedor via KTFO

Ken Shamrock has a hard time beating Royce, in fact, he never did beat Royce.
How the hell is he going to submit Fedor? Ken's sub game isn't even all that great. At best he has some good leg locks.

Ken would have the wrestling advantage plus about a 20 pound size advantage
he matches up well with him but Fedor would take it in a close fight
