who do you guys think would win and why??

I picked Swick. I made another thread about why i think Swick should be ranked #2 at 185. He has the quick hands of Vitor Belfort plus quick submissions and he's getting better. He's also strong for a MW. Henderson may have fought bigger named guys against top LHWs and HWs, but Henderson can be submitted. He lost by submission twice, once to each of the Nogueira brothers.

yeah he lost to the Nogueira brothers.Two submission specialists who were bigger than him.That in no way shape or form means he suceptible to submissions or could be subbed by a fighter whose not even that well versed in submissions(all I've seen from his is a guillotine).Do you need to rewatch him getting armbarred by Bonnar?Henderson would beat the brakes off Swick.

Listen, go hug your pillow somemore and stop making stupid comments. Swick can't do anything against Henderson. Henderson has fought better strikers then Swick and much better wrestlers or BJJ guys then him and I'm not sure it Hendo would even break a sweat. Be realistic man, until Swick fights and beats some quality competition don't ask about him against someone the caliber of Hendo. I think Swick could be very good, but he is still a couple of big fights away from being there.

Stephan Bonnar was almost choked out. He barely escaped because he has a strong neck, plus he's like 30 pounds heavier.

Have you lost you mind man, I understand that there are good fighters from the TUF shows, but most of those guys have been somewhat coddled after the show to boost their records and to make the show look more viable and Swick is no different.
