SApp IMO. Honestly, if Sapp's well trained and fully healthy, there isn't to many people that can beat him in MMA. Nobody is as strong as him, and he's been training a lot in BJJ.

:banghead: Umm sorry man but NOOO lol. Sapp is just a power house brawler, he goes against someone who is actual a well rounded MMA fighter like Couture then he's done. I wasnt surprised though with ur post though Harlem cause we all know how you dont like Couture and he always seems to win everytime you vote against him lol

i watched Noguiera vs Sapp a week ago, and so its still pretty fresh on my mind

my first instinct was the same as yours, but then i got to thinking.
i just dont see how Randy could do it. even if Bob has bad chin, its still hard to outwrestle him and control him enough to get a TKO, because if it took Noguiera so long and so much punishment in order to submit him, how would Randy fare? because i've never seen Noguiera get knocked the fuck out by a guy his size. Randy has. the only time i've seen Noguiera in huge trouble was the kick from Herring, and that would have killed a lesser man.

in the Nog fight, bob would stop the takedown with ridiculous strength, just shove him away and when he tried to pull guard, Bob would back out, hit him with a sledgehammer. i mean really, you could hear those sumbitches smack down on him because the crowd wasnt that loud.

and Bob really only had 6 months to get ready for someone on Noguiera's level, got Barnett and Mo Smith, and really managed to do well for awhile until he was too gassed to keep going.
i can see why not many other guys would want to fight Sapp in MMA. in kickboxing, you have an easier time, but for a smaller HW, especially a wrestler or a grappler, beating someone of his size if he can have a good training camp, may be damn near impossible.

I think Sapp would hurt Randy bad. I mean Nog is a much better fighter then Randy imo and Nog took a ass whoopin, I give him so much props for that fight because Sapp beat on him. I do not think Randy could have took that much punishment.

Bob Sapp by Bad Matchup, Couture is leagues ahead of Bob Sapp in terms of being an MMA fighter P4P, but Sapp outweighs Couture by over 100 lbs, and is a good kickboxer.. too much of a difference in weight, Couture loses.

Sapp would take it, but only because he's over 100 lbs bigger than Randy, and he's all muscle. Would he even pass a drug test anyways?

Sapp is the most over blown fighter i have ever seen. The only thing he has going for him is his freakish muscles but Courture would do exactly what he did to Gonzaga. He would wear him down with punches and grecco and he would eventually finish him. It would be a massacre.

I agree Couture is to smart it would be a total rope a dope, or cage a dope, Randy would just keep smuthering him till he couldnt breathe then he would finish it, plus Couture would be way to fast Sapp couldn't catch him
