Wandy by TKO in the first or second.
I still haven't been overly impressed with Rashad other than his fight against Lambert. Silva has good takedown D, and is a much more aggressive fighter. He'd drop Rashad and finish him in the ground.

Wanderlei would annihlate him in the first round. you cant play tag and not engage against Wanderlei Silva. and if Rashad took him down, he wouldnt be able to do anything there either.
and Lambert had a blown out knee in their fight, from what ive heard
