Tim Silvia by dec. IMO Bas hasn't beaten anyone as as big, with the skill set of Silvia. Not to say that he can't, and I could be wrong, but at the time Bas was in his prime, there weren't many great well rounded fighters, and I think Pancras was full of cans.

aggressive Tim throws the right hand over every leg kick. sticks the jab in his face and looks to throw combos.
i think its simply too big a size advantage for Bas to deal with. if Bas was 2-3 inches taller and 20 lbs heavier i would swing it the other way. but he's smaller then Chuck and Randy by my own guess, and Sylvia dwarfed Randy, even though he got his ass whipped
