I think that if Frank hadnt left MMA for so long he would have won this fight. Since he has been fighting lesser competition these days know one really has any idea how good he is anymore.

As for Hendo he has only fought the best and won or been really close to winning. If this fight were to happen now I say Hendo would probably win very easily.

the only time Frank would get a chance to do that shit again is if Dan forgot they could throw punches, during a real fight.

he would lay Frank out cold. Frank is still pretty game, but hes not better then Wanderlei or Rampage standing, and hes not better then the Nogs on the mat

Hendo has surpassed Shamrock as far as MMA goes. In a submission wrestling match, thats different, Shamrock didnt have to worry about GnP or Hendo's lethal right hand. If they fought in the UFC or Pride, I think Hendo would beat Shamrock fairly quickly now. I think even in their primes, Hendo still beats Shamrock.
