I wouldn't call Kimbo a striker.

Kongo would imo eat Kimbo alive. Pick him apart then knock him out.

Lets see if Kimbo can get past Tank.

maybe its just me but i don't really see this a dream match. Sure id love to watch because Kongo mauling kimbo would be a think of beauty.
