This is a tough fight, I picked Forest. I think forest is the tougher of the two and has a slight size advantage. Plus I could see Forest giving A. Silva a better fight then Rich did.

Rich, IMO is a much better striker
I dont see Forrest being able to take Rich down.. I think Rich has more power and speed, and definently better technique.. hes also a better wrestler.. Forrest has better Jitsu and hes a scrapper but.. I think Rich is big enough, and definently skilled enough to end the fight vs Forrest early. Id like to see Rich at 205.. I think he'd be a beast there.

Id definitely take Rich. Problem with me and Forrest is, Im still not a believer. Im not a believer that he's worthy of a title shot, nor am I a believer that he's a top 5 LHW. If he beats Rampage then obviously I'll be eating my words, but I dont exactly agree with how he got there. Business is business, and we need ticket sellers for headliners, but Machida deserved that title shot way before Forrest. Even Jardine IMO

i say rich would win this fight,i to think he is a better striker than forrest,and forrest likes to stand and bang which i think would play in richs favor.i think rich could get a tko early
