Both are good boxers.
This would depend on who has the better ground game.
I have only seen the ground game of Davis, I have yet to see Lytle's skills on the ground.
Based on the fact I have yet to see how good Lytle is on the ground, I'd have to pick Davis.
However; if it was to stay on the feet and be a stand up bout, I am not sure who'd I'd pick. Probably Davis because he has some good power.
