This is not even a dream match, who cares? 
Franca has shit for standup and Silva would kill him. Silva's stronger, taller, longer reach, and has beaten the crap out of much better fighters than Franca.

This is insulting. Hermes couldn't even beat Sean Sherk. No you think Hermes will gain 30lbs. and fight at Middle weight. This is an obsolute crazy match up. Give Anderson Silva credit for being one of the best fighters pound for pound. Hermes isn't consider top ten as a light weight.
