Default Dream fight card?
Always thought about when I had nothing to do.
7 man fight card. Can use both retired and active fighters from any organization.

My card:
Duane "Bang" Ludwig vs Joe Lauzon

Chris Lytle vs. Nick Diaz

BJ Penn vs. Robbie Lawler

Bob Sapp vs. Mark Hunt

Mauricio "Shogun" Rua vs. Vitor Belfort

Chuck Liddell vs. Wanderlei Silva

Main event (and probably the only fight Chuck vs. Wanderlei can take a backseat to)
Rickson Gracie vs Kazushi Sakuraba

Interesting card, but I think 3 fights are guaranteed wins...Hunt over Sapp, Penn over Lawler and Rua over Belfort. I would still pay to see any of those 3 fights though.
