Sorry but Diaz doesn't have the take downs or the striking to really do anything to Phil.

At 170 no one hits harder then Phil, and Diaz likes to think he is a pro boxer and also likes to think he is Chuck Liddell by using his face to block.

Phil better striker, much more power, better wrestling, able to keep this fight standing or take it to the ground.

Phil by late first ko or early second.

and I really should be saying Baroni by TKO cuz Diaz has horrible takedowns and Baroni will stuff almost all of them.. and Diaz doesnt have the power to knockout Baroni at all.. and he really cant strike with him either.. but Baroni is dumb and Diaz will probably be able to pull guard and score a sub.

i think baroni comes out throwing haymakers, landing a few but not hurting diaz too bad. eventually barnoi wears down and diaz picks him apart, diaz by tko late 2nd round.

If Phil hits Diaz he is going to be hurt, very hurt.

I have seen Diaz put on his ass by lesser fighters, with less power.

Only way Diaz wins this fight is Phil gets sloppy an caught in a sub.

Diaz just don't have the striking or the power to put Phil away.

If Phil has the gas to go 3 rounds at 170, Diaz won't make it out of the second.

I don't like either fighter.

since when was baroni a great striker? hes not and never was. hes a brawler with ko power. nick diaz has better standup, chin and cardio. and if by any chance it goes to the ground diaz has an advantage there as well. baronis only chance to win is a ko and i dont see it happening.

and yes diaz can put phil away. when baroni tires out hes basically a walking zombie, he cant even keep his hands up. diaz would just pat pat away at him for the tko win.

edit, I just read that it was a 5 round fight. Which makes no fucking sense but it could definatley work in Diaz's favor
