|  Jake Shields v Frank Shamrock
Shields recently called him out. Glamrock has fired back by pretending to not know who Shields is. Other than Allesseio (recently signed) and Paul Daley, there are no other decent fighters at WW with ties to EXC out there for Shields. Who takes this at 185?

Jake would take this. Possibly to a decision, but a clean win for Shields.
Again, Frank just...Isn't...That good, hah. Anyone notice his new braces? I just feel sorry for Frank Shamrock. Truly do.

I dont think he overrates Frank, hes just a huge fan and hes gonna stick by Frank I think deep down he knows that Jake beats him.

Frank would get pwned on the mat
he is not a guard guy and his knees are shot. Jake would take him down quickly, pass the guard and submit him
probably in the first or 2nd round too.

Jake by UD | Well, I think Franks standup is much better than Shields'. Now I do agree, Frank's TTD does need help but not his ground game. I think Frank is better than most MWs on the ground and good enough to sweep Shields and get ground control. Whenever they stand Frank will dominate tho.

Frank by TKO round 3. | Good enough to sweep Shields? his BJJ is no where close to Shields level nor is his ground game your comparing a pretty good ground fighter to a world class BJJ prac whos proven his BJJ on much higher stages then Shamrock has against much tougher comp.
