I'd probably take Herring, even tho Mir is a horrible match up for him. I've never thought Mir was very good to be honest. Even in his prime he got destroyed by Ian Freeman.

Exactly Herring has incredible submission defense. No way does Mir sub him if Nog only got to him once out of three times. Herring would GnP his way to a win. He's got better stand up and better wrestling and very good submission defense no way does Mir beat him in my mind.
