Kongo needs to keep it standing by all means. He should move constantly, focus on combos, move side to side, avoid leg kicks, and throw knees if Lesnar shoots in like a maniac.
if Lesnar is sucessful, i see this fight very much like Herring/Kongo when Herring was throwing those knees to Kongo's ribs. Lesnar will dominate on the ground. Kongo seems like he's always improving though even with the Herring loss.
