| Frank Trigg vs. Joe Rogan
Former Pride announcer Frank Trigg versus UFC announcer Joe Rogan. Both train MMA and are very close in weight. My question would be who take the victory, and how? I would have to say Rogan via submission. What do you guys think?

I would love to see Joe fight, but i thought he only trained BJJ not all the other areas of MMA, it would be close I think, but as Frank is a fighter I would give him the edge.

he also likes to sit around and smoke pot with eddie bravo. but don't we all?

It would be a hell of allot better than celebrity boxing. I would lean towards Frank based on MMA experience but I would hope Joe would win. We have no idea if Joe can even take a punch but his training and traditional MA resumes are pretty good. I really would like to see stuff like this for charity, which MMA in general doesn't do enough of in my opinion.

Is this serious? I'm sure Joe would whup the average guy's ass, but I haven't heard anything about him being able to take on top level MMA fighters in practice. Frank Trigg has wins over Mayhem and Misaki. He almost beat Matt Hughes in their second fight. Trigg was a serious WW contender and he's got a decent record at MW so far. He's not some can for an MMA newb to be tested against.

Trigg is a legit fighter lol, hell he has been in two different top 10's in his time.
Rogan is in his 40's too I think..... plus Tae Kwon Do is pretty much useless in mma. Trigg would murder him

Real Tae Kwon Do can be effective, but i'll go with Trigg via TKO round 2
