It's tough to say.The only way Genki could win this fight is by submission and it'd have to come off his back. It's tough to say whether or not Genki would be able to catch him.I'm going to go with Sherk on this one ,because I think he has more ways to win ,but this is a close matchup and it's tough to say who'd win.

Genki is my favorite fighter.
and its a tough call. the only fighter similar to Sherk that he's fought in a while was Kid, who has better hands, but not as much strength to utilize his wrestling technique with.
his submission game is light-years ahead of Sherk's and Florian's, and i could say that he's slick enough to pull a submission out from the bottom. he's beaten some decent wrestlers by catching them when they tried to strike from guard.

Tough to call but Genki is a wrestler also. And Genki has better stand up. I would say Genki under pride rules. Why Pride you ask? Because Genki has 10 minutes to let sherk lay and pray, tire him out and get the sub. I think Sherk can only win this by GNP Genki has more tools everywhere else.

Sherk via decision
He is incredibly hard to submit due to his T-Rex like arms, and watching Sudo struggle against Ole Laursen, a pure muay thai fighter, and pull off a lucky Hail Mary submission against novice Kazuyuki Miyata, really doesn't give me too much confidence in his abilities.
