Josh Barnett vs Randy Couture

Two experts in the clinch, notable weight difference............who wins it?

I consider Josh Barnett the greatest UFC Heavyweight Champion that never was. Rodriguez, Sylvia, Mir, Arlovski, Buentello, Monson, Kongo and basically every single heavyweight fighter until Nog would've been owned by Barnett if he'd found a way to stay in the UFC and with his personality, I have no doubt he'd have been one of the major "FACES" of the UFC. With all that being said, I can't stand the prick.

That first fight with Randy was a total owning and I just think Barnett's style is too multifacited for Randy to handle and he'd eventually be overwhelmed much like the first time.

I am probably saying this, as I don't have much of a background with Barnett, but I am sure Couture will find a way to take him down, and just implent what he does with the past UFC fighters.

Make them tired, make them wear out, and make them not fight anymore.

I see Randy having trouble with any big fighter who is solid on the ground. Add in Barnett's punching power and you have a Randy that gets beaten again by Josh. Perhaps even faster than the first time.

I'd take Couture in this, he would be the underdog.

This fight happened once. I believe the result would be the same this time around. Barnett by TKO in the second.
