Rampage has better stand up hands down. Tito is a big guy and always relied on his strength to overpower his opponents, but i think Rampage would overpower him. Rampage takes it.

How do you figure Tito is washed up, or even fell off? His standup is much better than it's ever been and his sub game is pretty good now also.
