in my opinion ..watching machidas every proffesional fights....... anderson would be knocked out by machida.......it would be like evans machida fight... anderson would try to clicnh..try to get in...and when he tries to exchange punches.... machida would exchange few..then flee..... then high kick...and KO..anderson sleep..... thats my prediction......

i would like to watch machida vs penn 2......... but penn is not as fast as when he fought machida...... but penn...got the tallent to hurt machida.. just like before...

so maybe... if penn..would train anderson...to fight machida... just maybe...... maybe anderson...would have the chance to knocked machida out........

but i would like also to see machida vs lesnar...that would be fun....hahaha

I'd go with Machida. Yes, this fight never happens, but Lyoto seems to have what it takes to beat Anderson who is amazing as well.

Machida by decision.

Its hard to imagine either of them being on the losing end of the striking. Machida could take anderson down and get a decision. imo penn had the closest fight with machida

Both of these guys are not only best friends but they train together. That said I think they both can take eachother. Both fighters have proven dominance, KO power, speed and evasiveness in the Octagon.

Anderson has a game very similar to Rashad and aggresiveness similar to Thiago Silva, so I see Machida winning by either decision or later round knockout

1 Other ( 25 %)

I do not think Machida has the KO power to do it, I can see a TKO though.
We know Silva has the KO power to do it if he could hit Machida.
Have either of them ever been in trouble due to a punch of bunch of punches?

I don't know who to pick for this but I would go for Machida because I like him better and no other reason.

I would respectfully disagree with that statement solely because of what Lyoto did to Evans

except he has way better at head movement, way better footwork, much more accurate striking, and a much better jaw.
